RYA Sea Survival Course

The first one was such a success, we are running the SAME course again for anyone that missed out.

We need a minimum of 8, so make sure you get signed up, this is one not to miss.

We have arranged an exclusive ZISC training day to do the RYA Sea Survival course at Hallenbad Kloten.

At the end of the day you will be awarded the RYA Sea Survival Course Certificate.

This one day course prepares you to know what to do in an emergency at sea. It will show you how to make the best use of a liferaft and you will learn some basic sea survival techniques.

You’ll learn how to make best use of emergency equipment and life jackets, medical aspects of marine survival, and search and rescue techniques.

Please bring your own CLEAN wet weather gear, including boots if you have them (although boots not essential). We'll be wearing full wet weather gear - jacket, trousers, boots and a lifejacket trying to get into a life raft...

If you have your own personal life jacket you can bring that with you and the instructor can help make sure you understand all of its functions and how to get the most from it. 

The cost is CHF330 per person, including rental of the pool, use of equipment, life jackets, course material, use of life raft, instructor for the full day. (If we can get 16 people to attend, the cost is reduced to CHF290 per person)
